HAMMAM RITUALS
Apart from the ones that are accessible to guests for general use, there are also 3 private hammams dedicated for groups and families. HOW TO HAMMAM While our colleagues explain you the details of the hammam ritual, you may enjoy the mystical environment and sip our traditional “sherbet”. Once you feel ready, you will be guided to the dressing rooms to change into your “peştamal”, -the classic cotton hamam wrap- and start your hammam experience. A special attendant, – natır for ladies and tellak for men – who will be assisting you all along your journey inside the hammam, will be welcoming you at the entrance of the hot room.
MASSAGE RITUALS
Throughout history, massage has been used to induce benefits of health and wellbeing. We offer a selection of massages, from traditional to more contemporary, all of which will be tailored to your individual needs and care. Massage service is offered everyday between 09.00 - 22.00. Located in Tasigo Eskişehir Aden Spa, the spacious gymnasium provides a large workout area and a full scale cardio, strength & group fitness equipment, such as treadmills, exercise bikes, free weight racks. Enjoy the outdoor pool that overlooks the panoramic views of Eskişehir and unwind on comfortable lounge chairs by the pool terrace. Please note that the outdoor pool is open only in summer season. The heated indoor pool is open yearlong. The pool area is separated from the terrace by large glass panels which provide an exceptionally open and scenic atmosphere. Its high ceilings and grand room size help you enjoy a very refreshing swim. Located in the Fitness Center, sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool, thermal pool and jacuzzi will help you relax and regain your body strength, particularly after long workouts.
